What we’re obsessed with… Apple Picking
We are in full Fall swing here in Northern New England, which means we’ve got apples galore. Even though I’m not a fan of Fall, my kids love apple picking (kids love berry picking, too!).
But, what do you do with all of those apples once you’ve picked them? It’s like a mad dash to use them before you lose them. This year, I found an incredible crockpot applesauce recipe. It is beyond easy. The most labor intensive part is peeling and coring the apples.
Give it a try and let us know your favorite apple recipes!
What we’re watching… Fleabag on Hulu
Somehow, not a single person has ever mentioned or suggested this show for me. I only heard about it last weekend when they raked in 4 Emmy wins out of their 7 nominations. So, of course, I binged the whole first season this week. It really wasn’t much of a task since there are only 6 episodes a season (British shows).
Phoebe Wall-Bridge is hysterical. She’s awkwardly relatable and lovable all at the same time. The writing is smart and funny. The jokes have some really cleverly placed shock value. Highly recommend.
Have you jumped on the Fleabag train yet? Let me know.
What we’re making… Halloween Costumes
It’s that time of year again… and for the 3rd year in a row my son has requested to be an obscure dinosaur. So I’ll be making Halloween costumes, once again.

What is your family planning for costumes, this year?
