What we’re thankful for… Waterproof mattress protectors…
My son was sick this week. He got sick in his bed. We woke up at 3am and had to do the whole clean up routine. He even needed a shower. It was bad. The one saving grace, his waterproof mattress pad. For that, today, I am so thankful.
What we’re listening to… True Crime Garage Podcast.
Where my scary story/serial killer obsessed mamas at? I know you’re out there. I’ve been listening to this podcast for about two weeks now. They talk about, for the most part, unsolved true crime stories. Many are unexplained disappearances. I love being an armchair detective, so this is perfect for me. The Oklahoma Girl Scout murder episode really stuck with me and I found myself still Googling details about it over a week later.
What we’re watching… Amy Schumer Growing on Netflix.
Confession time… I don’t love Amy Schumer. I think she can be a bit over the top. But, I did really enjoy hearing her take on pregnancy. I found myself laughing out loud and nodding in agreement. The best part, though, was her talking about her husband who has ASD and saying that all of the things that put him on the spectrum are the things that she loves the most about him. I loved that.
What we’re making… Sara’s super adorable Easter T-Shirt Craft!
This is a fun and easy craft to do with your kiddos. And the best part, the finished project is clothing so you don’t have to find a place to display it. Your little one can display their hard work right on themselves!
