Snacks
Cheesy Potato Gems
Ingredients
- 4 White Potatoes
- ½ TBS Flour
- Salt and Pepper
- Finely grated cheddar cheese
Steps
- Par boil your potatoes and the grate them
- Mix together all ingredients into golf ball sized balls
- Cook them in your air fryer.
- Dip in your favorite store bought raita
Savory Hand Pies
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 package Pilsbury crescent rolls
- Cheddar cheese
- Garlic
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Parsley
- Pinch of cumin
- Salt and Pepper
Steps
- Brown your ground beef
- Mix in garlic and all spices
- Spoon ground beef onto a single crescent roll, top with cheddar, and roll up.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake according to the crescent roll packaging
Cauliflower Cheese fritters
Ingredients
- 1 cup of uncooked frozen cauliflower rice
- ½ cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Spoon the mixture into a greased mini-muffin tin
- Bale for 10-12 minutes
Banoffee Pie Jars
Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- Banana
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
Steps
- Crumble you’re graham crackers
- Layer your ingredients in a jar in the following order: graham crackers, bananas, carmel, whipped cream. Repeat 1-2 times.
- Top with chocolate sauce and extra caramel
Cocktails
Mojito
- Ingredients
- 2 shots of white rum
- Lime wedges
- Mint leave
- Simple syrup
Muddle together lime wedges, mint, and simple syrup. Cover in ice. Pour shots of rum over the top.
Rum Punch
- 2 shots of rum
- Apple juice
- Ginger beer
- Cinnamon
- Orange wedges
Pour 2 shots of rum in a tall glass. Fill halfway with ginger beer and fill the remainder with apple juice. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and top with an orange wedge.
Black Mallet of Death
- 1 shot of Dark Rum
- Half a pint glass of Dark Lager
- Lemonade
- Lime wedges
Combine the rum and lager. Fill the remainder of the glass with lemonade. Top with a lime wedge.
