So here we are at the beginning of December. My husband is asking me every day what I want for Christmas and in typical fashion, I reply “Oh nothing”.
Truth is, I just buy what I want when I want it. But, if you need gift ideas, either for the special lady in your life or gift ideas to tell friends and family, you’re going to want to check out this list!
Here are 9 things I have and I love – in fact, I’ve been known to gift others some of these things, too!
High-Waisted Elevate CozeCore Leggings from Old Navy
I LOVE these leggings and have them in two different colors. They are soft but still pretty high compression. Living in a super cold area like I do, I love that the inside feels like a soft flannel but the outside feels like a normal legging.
Nano Puff Jacket from Patagonia
This is my go-to jacket for 3 seasons of the year. It’s perfect for any outdoor activity in fall and spring. In winter, I wear it under my shell while skiing. Love love love.
The Class by Taryn Toomey Membership
I’m loving these at home workouts, especially right now when I can’t get out to a yoga class in person. The membership comes with loads of live classes as well as a digital library. There are even classes I can do with my kids. I’m currently doing the monthly membership.
DSG Women’s Seamless Front Zip Sports Bra
This is my favorite sports bra. TBH, I haven’t worn a real bra in a long time. I’d like to blame Covid… but nope. Anyway, this one is so comfy and supportive.
Eat Feel Fresh by Sahara Rose Ketabi
This is my favorite cook book. Not only are the recipe delish, but the images are so vivid and pretty. The book is plant based and while we don’t entirely eat plant based, we do need to reset our guts with a few plant based meals every now and then.
Luxe V-Neck Long Sleeve T-Shirt from Old Navy
This is my go-to every day t-shirt. I have both long sleeve and short sleeve in multiple colors each. I’ll wear them with leggings, sweats, pjs, jeans – you name it. It’s the most versatile shirt I’ve ever owned and so super soft and comfy.
Do Less Planner by Kate Northrup
This is the only planner I’ve ever successfully stuck to using for (almost) a whole year now! I love how many different trackers or ways to record info are included. I spent a lot of time picking out a 2020 planner (lol plans changed) and this planner is the one that came out on top – happy to report I made the right decision!
Chai Tea from Sipology
Chai tea and chai tea lattes are my jam – aka go-to order at Dunky or the Bucks. I love this cinnamon chai tea blend. It’s so warming and perfect for this time of year.
Annmarie Skin Care Basic Bundle
This is the only skin care product I use. As you can probably tell, we’re outside A LOT here. These products help keep my skin soft and keep me from drying out. I love that they’re organic, all natural, and they smell great!
These are 6 things I’ve been eyeing up but haven’t pulled the trigger on just yet!
The Little Book of Hygge by Meik Wiking
Ever since reading Celeste’s post all about hygge, I’ve been meaning to grab this book and give it a read. It seems right up my ally and this year more than ever – with all the time we’re spending at home – I’m looking for ways to make things more cozy and enjoyable.
Cozy Slipper Booties from LL Bean
My feet are ALWAYS cold here in Vermont. I have a pair of drug store checkout slippers but I’ve been meaning to upgrade to something more like these.
Stadium Blanket by Vermont Flannel
I think I’ve mentioned it’s cold here lol. I gift my mother and mother in law these flannel blankets a few years ago and I just loved them so much. I’ve been wanting my own ever since.
iRocker Backpack Cooler
My family is out on the water -swimming, paddle boarding, or canoeing – most of the summer. This summer, I got a new SUP and I started really wanted a waterproof, floating, cooler. I’ve had my eye on this one to try out for a while now.
Turquoise Tea Kettle by Kate Spade
You can probably tell I drink a lot of tea. So does the husb. We’ve been rocking our current tea kettle since our wedding shower almost 11 years ago now. It’s a bit worse for the wear so we’re in the market for a new one. I love the color of this one!
FabFitFun Subscription Box
Every single time my husband asks me what I want for any gift for the last 5 or so years, I’ve suggested this. He is so confused by the idea, it’s yet to happen. But, with all of the ads for them on every podcast I listen to, I still want it! Now, I know – there might be better, more specific boxes – but I’m sure you can tell by now that makeup and products like that aren’t really my thing, so I’d be super open to trying anything in the box.
