Okay, ladies, BRIDGERTON BOOK CLUB is underway! We had a great time reading The Duke & I in February, The Viscount Who Loved Me in March, An Offer from a Gentleman in April, Romancing Mr. Bridgerton in May, and To Sir Phillip, With Love in June. This month {July} we’ll be moving on to book 6 in the Bridgerton series by Julia Quinn, When He Was Wicked. And ladies, this one is WILD! Get excited.
Here’s how Bridgerton Book Club works:
1. July 2021, we’re reading book 6 in the Bridgerton series by Julia Quinn, When He Was Wicked. You can order it online and it’s also available in audiobook or for Kindle.
2. Each month, we’re doing the next book in the series, so August will be book 7, It’s In His Kiss by Julia Quinn. If you like to read a physical copy, I recommend ordering book 7 right away so you have it in time to read for August.
3. For July, we’ll meet Wednesday, July 28th at 8:30 PM ET. We’ll post the link for the meeting a week in advance in our Facebook community.
4. We’ll make a weekly book club check-in post in our Facebook community, Mom Chat by The Basic Moms, where we can update on where we’re at, but no spoilers, please!
5. Also, one week prior to the meeting, we’ll post our book club guide in the group. It will have a mini-menu featuring themed apps, desserts, and drinks, discussion questions, and a drinking game.
