Okay ladies, BRIDGERTON BOOK CLUB is here! Get excited.
Here’s how Bridgerton Book club will work:
1. We will start in February with book 1 – The Duke & I. I just ordered it on Amazon and got my copy in 2 days. It’s also available in audiobook or for Kindle. I know many of you watched the Netflix series and might want to jump in to book 2, but the movie/shows always leave out important details.
2. Each month, we’ll do the next book, so March will be The Viscount Who Loved Me. If you like to read a physical copy, I recommend ordering book 2 right away. I ordered the same day I ordered book 1 and I’m expecting it to arrive in mid-late February.
3. For February, we’ll meet Wednesday, the 24th at 9 PM ET. We’ll post a Zoom link for the meeting a week in advance.
4. We’ll make a weekly book club check in post in our group, Mom Chats, where we can update on where we’re at, but no spoilers, please!
5. Also, one week prior to the meeting, we’ll post our book club guide in the group. It will have a mini menu featuring themed apps, desserts, and drinks, discussion questions, and a drinking game.
Optional Book 1 Reading Schedule for Bridgerton Book Club:
Week 1- Prologue plus Chapters 1-5
Week 2- Chapters 6-11
Week 3- Chapters 12-17
Week 4- Chapter 18-21 plus the 2 epilogues
(For this schedule, technically week 1 would start on Wednesday, January 27)
